Having been blessed with the opportunity to live and work in Japan, Australia, Latin America and Canada, over the years I’ve been pleased, surprised, sometimes frustrated, and often humbled by other cultures and their approaches not only to the challenges of business, but to life in the emerging global village.<\/p>\n

I’m a management and business development\u00a0executive with with over 25 years of cross-cultural experience in the hotel and fitness management environment as well as property development sector with a solid foundation in consultative sales and management consulting.<\/p>\n

I’m also a conflict management professional with experience in high-level cross-cultural mediation and negotiation as well as negotiation and executive sales training and coaching.<\/p>\n

Sound like a lot? It boils down to this: Whether it’s identifying and implementing ways to improve the bottom line or it’s resolving underlying critical conflicts, I help smart people make better\u00a0business decisions.<\/p>\n

When I’m not in a suit and tie with clients, I’m busy teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — an admittedly extreme form of alternative dispute resolution — at a youth at risk program I co-founded.<\/p>\n
